There was an issue when we were in the bottom of the 9th inning. The appraisal appraised my property below market value that had me, the buyer agent & the buyer worried that the sell was going to fall through. Elana remained calm and provided us with an option for more review. She also made us aware of three next step if the option wasn't approved, but through the grace of God the option was approved. She was there every step of the way from the beginning to the end, she also provided solutions to help with the aesthetics of the house. She's great at what she does & very very knowledgeable in her field.
