Eileen diplomatically moved our purchase to a closing when the selling broker was out of town and unavailable. My wife and I had searched for a Florida condo for several years. We many occasions met Brian or Eileen at open houses. We found them very knowledgeable concerning a wide spectrum of homes and condo on Longboat Key and the immediate area. They were generous with their expertise concerning real estate, zoning, regulations, contractors, mortgage brokers, insurance and great places to dine even during COVID-19 problems. Eileen explained each step of the purchase process from offer to closing and even insuring we got the keys when we were unable to attend the closing in person.
