No time was wasted (keep in mind before him i had another realtor whom wasn't really around). Edgar came in and within a day or two we saw a few houses. Within 2 weeks we had put an offer on the house i just closed on today. Edgar was there every step of the way. He was giving me advice, explaining everything to me and how everything is going to go down. He would check up on the bank, he would check up on me everyday to make sure everything was going as planned. His resiliency is noted, his hard work speaks for itself.
