Also Eddie would go the extra mile to confirm information was accurate and on time. Eddie was referred to us by a friend. I called his number left a message and he literally called be back in less than 3 minutes. I knew immediately he would be the realtor for us. He had me download his app and look at some properties we might be interested in. I emailed him a list on a Friday night and he had us looking at houses on a Sunday. We found our dream home that day! When it came time for negotiating, he again used his background to advise us on what things we should ask for and also prioritizing what sort of improvements might need to be made on the house we wanted, if any.<br/><br/>He worked incredibly hard for us and I was left consistently impressed with the job he has done for us. He has also been great for giving us advice on the area. Eddie just helped my fiance and I purchase our first home, he was very patient and helpful as first time home buyers. He was very prompt at answering phone calls at all hours of the day and night. We feel that he always was there for us at any time, and when a house we wanted was listed he made every effort to get us in, and look at it asap and get an offer submitted.
