Eddie did a great job! We were first time home buyers in a very competitive market and Eddie made it very easy. We would not have been able to get the house we wanted if it wasn't for his knowledge of the market and ability to move quickly. Also, you cannot beat his fantastic positive attitude and networking list!

Eddie is amazing. He sold our house in less than 24 hours of the first showing, and we had multiple offers! He gave really good suggestions on what we should do with the house to get it ready for the showings and that enabled us to get top dollar for it! Eddie also helped us find our forever home. Through the process he learned our likes and dislikes and would point things out to us. He was never impatient or rude with the multiple times we called him or the many many showings we went to. The last showing, before we even walked into the house, he said "Your going to love this one" and we both fell in love with the house. It had everything we wanted and more. We now officially own our forever home and it is all bc of Eddie.
