Eddie was fantastic to work with. As a first time home buyer, I was out of my depths a bit. He NEVER pressured me and he never made me feel dumb for having a boat load of questions. I had been working with another realtor who just wasn't a good fit so I switched and I'm very happy I did. He was referred to me by my sister, who bought a house in Maumee, and she was really happy with her experience so I called him. He also helped another friend of ours purchase a home, also in Maumee, and I purchased in Sylvania. He is honest, he told me when I was being unrealistic in a very professional way, which was really important to me. He kept me in the loop through the whole process as well. The seller and selling agent were very difficult to work with but Eddie remained positive and worked extremely hard to make sure I got a fair deal on the property. I strongly recommend contacting him if you're in the market. Buying a home can be incredibly overwhelming and he understands that. He will treat you right. You won't be disappointed.
