He advocated for the best price on the home we purchased and gave us advice regarding selling our home. This guy is incredible,!!! Most of all he is honest which is a rarity in this business. He worked on Thanksgiving eve and day without ever meeting us just because we emailed him at this time that we wanted to make an offer on a property in Blacksburg, listed on Zillow. We wanted to buy our VT student a place and consequently we feel only because of Dwight we will be closing on this property in a few days! He was extremely responsive, professional and efficient. He’s owned his own medical supply businesses and knows how professionals need to respond and gets it done for you, no lagging around. We have been “burned” by several realistate “professionals” and dreaded getting involved with another one. But Dwight has been a superior representative for us and the only regret we have is that he’s not in-our home state so we could list several pieces of our own property for him to sell for us.
