Dwight is the best! I can tell you from experience with 5 agents the last few years that he isn’t above average, he is SS tier. He was knowledgeable, friendly, ready to fight for us, negotiated a better deal than we could have ever hoped for in this market. He CARES. You aren’t just a quick pay check to him. Knowing we were secure in our house and just waiting on a good house to come by (maybe a month, maybe a year) he was accepting and willing to wait with us, show us houses, and generally just be there to talk us through every thing.
