Dwight Atkinson is simply the best!!! We met with him, and in less than a month, had our house ready to go on the market. He uses an excellent photographer for the house and yard, and after only 2 days on the market we had a cash offer over the listing price. We closed yesterday, less than 2 months after our first meeting with Dwight. He is an excellent communicator, and made this whole process so easy and not at all threatening.
