As a first-time investor buying in an area I didn't know, working with Dusty was a great experience. He was thorough, extremely responsive and always available to answer my many questions. He explained the local market clearly and offered practical advice that helped me make confident decisions. I never felt rushed or uninformed. I highly recommend Dusty!
The wealth of knowledge Dusty has on investment properties is exstensive and he provides this knowledge without hesitation. From the first consultation to closing day, Dusty was organized, patient, and incredibly informed about the local market. He provided honest guidance, expertly negotiated on my behalf, and always made himself available for questions. Thanks to his expertise and hard work, I felt confident every step of the way and I'm ecstatic about the property he helped me negotiate. I would gladly work with Dusty again.
Dusty was great from the beginning to the end. He answered all of our questions and was very knowledgeable he knows the area very well and does his job well. Dusty always responds to you quickly and is very personable. Dusty is excellent, would highly recommend.
Dusty is amazing! He and his wife make a great team! What a blessing it was to find him while we were still in Arizona planning our move to SC. He took videos of homes for us, he returns your calls and emails promptly, is very knowledgeable of South Carolina areas and we now consider him a friend! I would HIGHLY recommend Dusty for all your real estate needs!!
Dusty was great! His insight and knowledge of the Myrtle Beach condo market was invaluable to us as out-of-state buyers. He communicated with us frequently, answering all our questions, and he handled the details of our purchase efficiently and professionally, guiding us every step of the way. I highly recommend him!
I had a good feeling about Dusty on our initial meeting . We have purchased numerous properties thru the years and after meeting and letting Dusty handle our last transaction we could not have been more satisfied with his expertise , knowledge, and experience ! We were moving from Arizona to South Carolina which made the transaction more complicated since we were communicating with him long distance . He made everything seem effortless ! He crossed all the T’s and dotted all the I’s ! We had NO ISSUES ! DEFINITELY A TRUE PROFESSIONAL !
