First got in contact with Doug about a year ago. We talked about a few properties for investment purposes and long story short we had to move onto a single family property due to time constraints and availability. Throughout my home buying experience Doug helped me learn the ins and outs of the process. He kept me aware of all the factors and numbers in purchasing, the potential pitfalls of finding a house in my price range, and stayed with me from start to closing. He answered every question I had and assisted me in working with the other people involved (home inspector, mortgage lender, title company, listing agent, insurance broker, etc), which made everything much easier. Doug's experience showed every step of the way and I'd recommend him anytime.
