We recently moved 900 miles away from the home we just sold, so we couldn't be around for any of the sales process. And there was a great deal (!) of unexpected stuff that needed to be done with the house including repairs, upgrades, dealing with water leak damage, etc., etc., - it seemed endless. If we had been living in that home at the time we were selling, those things would have taken up a great deal of our time. But Doug took care of everything, efficiently and in a first class manner.
