After a very difficult start to the year, our mom had passed away and dad needed to move to a care facility for dementia, we had to sell their home of 62 years quickly. We needed a professional who knew the area and what better person than Dottie. We grew up knowing her and her family only living a block away. When I first emailed Dottie to use her as our realtor in selling our home in February 2016.....she emailed me right back saying she would be at our home in one day. When my husband and I met her....she was so warm and most importantly very knowledgeable on the procedures of listing a house for sale. We had never sold a home and Dottie took her time explaining every detail that would be expected of us as the listing went on the market and the showings that followed. Dottie also set us up with a great attorney who only does Real Estate business and that is key. As the process went on and we got an offer for the house Dottie was instrumental in keeping tabs on the buyer's agent etc. When we would email or text Dottie, either immediately or by the end of the day she would respond, but what I loved was that she called me most of the time on my phone rather than typing texts or emails. I have recommended her to my friends and family if they ever need an excellent, above board, caring, hard working realtor. I will miss seeing her but I have found a new friend in Dottie :)

Dottie did a great job selling our house. She was very responsive and stayed in touch with all potential buyers. She held open houses and advertised the house on a regular basis. Using a professional photographer, it really made our listing stand out. She did everything she said she would do and I got more for the house than expected.
