Dottie helped us to sell our beloved starter home in Spotswood and was a pro from the moment we talked to her. She has GREAT familiarity not just with the area, but with the market: she knew what would and wouldn't work well and how to navigate things during the process. If I could provide some feedback, it's that I wish she would have shared information proactively at times with what comes next and what implications were behind steps/decisions as we sometimes had to ping her to ask about these things, timing, who was responsible, etc. She was totally ontop of everything on our behalf, we just weren't in the know. (To be fair: there's a chance we had an over-active sense of urgency)?? At the end of the day I would definitely recommend Dottie to others in the area. She works hard and CARES about her listings and family. She didn't want us to take any offer for the house, she wanted us to take the RIGHT offer. (Yes, that's right!
