Dottie was truly amazing. Above and beyond my expectations. I bought a foreclosure and knew nothing about that process. She expertly walked me through it. She was always patient and understanding when I had questions or moments of panic. She absolutely knows all about the Real Estate business. Dottie took extra time out to make sure she was there when I needed inspections and even helped me get what I needed for my C.O. inspection (even helped hang stuff so I wouldn't fail). I don't even know where to begin, Dottie was absolutely amazing. We are a military family moving from Alaska to New Jersey and even tho we couldn't be here in person to look at homes she literally went out of her way to do the best job possible. From arranging times for my parents to look at houses for us to touching base on every step of the process. We had two homes fall through before we found our dream home (No fault of Dotties) She never stopped working for us, even though at this point I think a lot of people would have been frustrated! She is the best to have your interest in mind and she won't stop until she finds you a home that is the perfect fit for you and your family. I am very happy to recommend Dottie to anyone looking to either purchase or sell a home. We had recently completed a sale on our home of 14 years using Dottie's services. Our experience was nothing less than great during this home sale, so it was a natural to again work with Dottie on the search for our next home. Again, as during our previous experience; Dottie was very professional and began the process by working with us to determine the type of home we were looking for and assembling the list and recommendation of homes for us to look at. There were instances were we had found some homes outside of Dottie's recommendations but insisted we wanted to see these homes. Dottie of course set up the appointments for us to look at the homes, and with her usual enthusiasm took us to look at these homes. Well of course Dottie was right, these weren't the homes for us. Once we found our home and began the process of purchase, Dottie did an excellent job of keeping everyone involved in the process; inline and on track to make our closing date. Again I would highly recommend Dottie, besides just being very knowledgeable in her craft, she cares about her clients.

We wouldn't have our house if it weren't for Dottie. From the beginning she was nothing but responsive, knowledgable, and professional. She took us to see many houses while we figured out more of our wants and dislikes, while always remaining patient. We finally found our house and she guided us through the process. Dottie definitely earned all 5 stars in each of these categories in my case! Dottie not only was my realtor in the purchase of my home, but also in the selling of my home. In both cases, I had so many questions...she was right there to answer them, and it was so comforting throughout the stress of the process. Her knowledge and experience radiated through. If you call her, she answers when she can, and if you get her voicemail, she is quick to return your call....I would recommend her to everyone I know, especially in the Spotswood, Milltown, Helmetta, Monroe areas of NJ. She is a lifelong resident, and it shows in her knowledge of the area.
