When we finally found the one it was a high pressure situation. There was 6 other offers on the table and he had a very small amount of time to write up our offer. But he got it done and we got the house! He was always available to us when we had questions or concerns. We looked for over a year and a half and never once did we feel pressure to choose. If we ever decide to sell the house we just purchased, we will be choosing Donny to sell as well!

My husband and I were thinking about buying our first home but didn’t know where to start. We were nervous to begin the process since it was our first home. We are so glad we found Donny to guide us through the process! We cannot say enough good things. He immediately got to work suggesting a lender we could contact for pre-approval and after that he quickly made us a list of available homes that was updated daily. He set up appointments for us to see our favorite homes and was able to answer questions and give some insight about value and pros/cons with each home we saw. He taught us things about homes that we would never have even known to ask about. Once we found the home we wanted to buy, he wasted no time getting the process going with the seller and lending team.
