Donny went above and beyond to help us buy our house. We were struggling to find our home, most importantly is we must have a large kitchen and a large backyard. Donny listened to our need and budget, is very patience and paid closed attention to our feelings about each property we visited (to make sure that we would be happy with our choice and not be rushed). I appreciate how organized he is when it comes to checking out different properties in three different cities (he gave us a folder with print outs on each tour date, and access to an online showing time tool). We finally found a house with our must-haves, and within our budget range. We were anxious about the closing process. The sellers accepted our offer and then we found a lot of things during home inspection that needed repairs or upgrades, so we asked for seller's credit. The sellers almost backed out of the contract, which scared us because we really want this home. Donny was calm and facilitated the negotiation process, and was able to have the sellers come to an agreement that we thought was fair and reasonable. We also closed earlier than planned, moved in as soon we signed the closing paperwork. Donny is the best realtor we've ever worked with. He's patience, accommodating, organized, skilled negotiator, and paid close attention to details. We've been in our home for a month now and we absolutely love it. I can't express my gratitude to Donny enough!
Very detailed. He will direct you all the way and when you call he is there. Home sold very quickly-three days on the market and bids were coming in each day. Had 15 bids. His stager and photographer worked right along with him and the three of them made this home sell in a short span of time. If you want your home sold see Donny Konja. He will make it happen.
