Before we even applied for pre-approval we contacted Donny Konja for information on the best route to take. He was open and honest from the very beginning. The day after we were pre-approved for a mortgage he started showing us potential houses. He is very knowledgeable about the structure of homes and was able to help us understand what we were actually investing in. Once we found a house that we absolutely loved, he worked extremely hard to help us close the deal. He brought in a stellar inspector that gave us a full report on the home. Once our inspection was complete Donny continued to help guide us through every step of the home buying process. He responded to texts, emails and phone calls promptly. He also had great communication with the listing agent and lender to help us extend our contract as our lender was taking longer than expected.
