Donna was very proactive - providing advice and counsel and helping us through every step of the process. She also helped to identify inspectors and, once we had purchased a property, worked with us to identify and qualify various repair services. Given that I was buying the property for my daughter and her family, Donna also worked with several masters - keeping all three of us informed and abreast of all developments.She went out of her way to accomodate our differing schedules (and my limited availability due to hospitalization and surgery). She facilitated my participation by helping to arrange live viewings for my daughter and son-in-law and allowing me to participate by ZOOM. I am sure that made her life more complicated but it worked very well for us.
