Trust. It is the most important thing to have in your relationship with a real estate agent. When interviewing potential agents, it was clear right off the bat that Donna was experienced, enthusiastic and had a very good command of the current state of the market. We were in a somewhat unique situation where we had a small window of opportunity to move into a place across the country that would be perfect for us. That meant leaving a 37-year-old house that needed renovating in the hands of an agent that we could trust. Donna had previously worked with someone in a similar situation who had also posted a rave review about her. So, between our initial connection with Donna and her prior experience, we knew we could count on her. She did not let us down. She pointed us in the direction of some firms she had previously worked with who will do renovations and take their payment at settlement.
