I worked with Donna to sell the home of my mother. While I spent time in Ocala readying the home for sale, I do not reside in Ocala so I was an absentee client after the home “went live”. Donna met with tradespeople when necessary to ensure that any work that was not completed while I was in Ocala was done in a proper manner. Once the home went on the market, Donna kept me up to date on how sales were going in the area, comments received regarding the home, if there were items that might enhance the home, etc. She also, after my mom passed, assisted with getting me the information I would need to make sure the closing went smoothly. Donna’s name was given to me by a neighbor of my mother’s. I had already interviewed two agents. When I met Donna, I knew right away that I would be signing a contract with her. She is very familiar with the area my mother lived in and steered me to marketing the house the best way.
