Selling our two-family home was a difficult decision for us and we were concerned about the process, especially because we had two tenants living in the property and wanted to respect their time and space. Donna took a lot of the fear and stress I was feeling away, she was so easy to work with, taking time to answer my questions. Donna went above and beyond what I would have thought a realtor should do. She helped me to sell my condo when she knew I would not end up upside down on it, and I was able to find a temporary place to stay until the right home came along for me. She manually added some properties to my search field and when there was a price drop that put the home into my price range, she immediately contacted me about it. We went the next day, wrote up an offer and it was accepted. It was a short sale which took about 6 months to wrap up, but it was so worth the wait. I love my home and my neighborhood and truly appreciate her perseverance and forward thinking. She is extremely organized and knows her clientele's needs very well.
