Donna went above and beyond in selling both mine and my boyfriend's houses at the same time. She miraculously made it possible for us to move to our new house out of state before even listing the houses. She gave us the names of contractors, answered SO MANY questions, and gave a lot of great advice. Donna scheduled all the work that needed to be done after the inspections on our houses and even monitored their work (new carpeting, hardwood floor refinishing, electrical work, and more) all while we were out of state. She even told us how we could do all the document signing online and how we could avoid having to make the long drive back for the closings. My boyfriend and I each got multiple (over asking price) offers after the first weekend they were listed. We were MORE than pleased! You could not go wrong using Donna as your realtor. She is professional, knowledgeable, helpful and thoughtful.

When my final walk through was less than desired, she worked with my lawyer and the sellers to make things right, even loading her own car with broken tools and rubbish so I did not have to. She has recommendations for every type of need - from radon mediation to handymen too painters. All of the people she has recommended have been professional and fair in their pricing. I would highly recommend Donna for any realty needs, and will definitely use her again in the future!
