Working with Donna Towne was a very successful outcome. I am the daughter of Hsa Meh who Donna was helping but because my mom doesn’t speak English it is harder for her to communicate with us. Donna was able to help us get the best deal and finish off everything successfully despite the difficulties of communicating.

She was friendly and easy to talk to, was very responsive to my many questions, and had a wealth of knowledge and good recommendations to share. Donna worked very hard to make my condo look as good as it did when I put it up for sale. She came over and told me what to get rid of and what to do to make it look inviting for the buyers. She whent as far as to strighten out the bed to make it look good. Did some dusting and then took some great pictures. (when I saw the pictures after I wanted to buy it) Anyhow she listed it on Tuesday morning and at about five PM that day she called me and told me she had a full price offer. I took it and within three weeks I closed and had a check in hand. She could not have done a better job. There is no one that I would reccomend more than Donna
