We have known Donna since her days as an engineering program manager at Apple. As you can imagine from her background, she is very organized and very diligent about keeping all involved parties up to date on all aspects of the buying/selling experience. We worked with Donna to sell my parent’s condo and the transaction was incredibly smooth. We have dealt with many real estate transactions in the past and this was one of the smoothest we have experienced. Donna laid out a timeline with tasks starting from the initial walkthrough all the way through the close of escrow. She helped us work with vendors to renovate and stage the condo, and we were able to accept a strong offer after a week on the market. This was particularly impressive given the challenges of the condo market and issues surrounding SB326. She helped us deal with the inevitable bumps in the road during escrow and we were able to close escrow as originally scheduled. Almost all of the communication was done via phone/text/DocuSign/Google Docs, which was very convenient given everyone’s busy schedules.
