I highly, highly recommend Donna Tam. She is originally from the Bay Area, has firsthand experience with the market, and has deep insight into many of the neighborhoods. Her attention to detail was impressive; she pointed out many things to look for that I hadn’t considered. The offer process can move super fast in the Bay Area, and when I was finally ready to make an offer, Donna prepared it, submitted it, and negotiated it into the winning bid - all while she was still recovering from the flu. Overall I can't recommend Donna enough. As a first-time homebuyer she educated and guided me through the entire process. And she got me my dream house on my very first offer - you can't get any better than that!
