We originally met Donna at an open house and we knew she was the one we'd want to work with when the time simply by listening to her explain the process of how we would sell our current property. She showed us a project tracker in G-sheets (her previous life as a Program Manager really shows through here in the best possible way) and transparently informed us of potential challenges in the complex we could encounter to set our expectations. But through the whole conversation, we never felt like she was trying to push us to work with her, which ironically also helped us feel more comfortable working with her. Through the purchase process, we were texting practically nonstop through the day and into the evening. She was always on top of sending us comps and analysis, timelines, dependencies, managing expectations, answer questions over Zoom, and usually responded very quickly. Through her network, she was able to help us close a deal off-market in a location ideal for us and worked with us closely for every step. She then even connected us to folks who are now helping to update and modernize the property, all of whom have also been great to work with. We wouldn't have wanted to entrust anyone else with one of the biggest decisions of our lives. Thank you Donna!
