Donna helped the reviewer buy this property

Donna is organized, smart, efficient, and exceptionally professional. Five star experience.

I am very grateful to have met Donna and had the opportunity to have her represent me. This transaction was not exactly easy, as it consisted of a multifamily property with tenants and a 1031 exchange. Despite these obstacles at times, Donna always kept me immediately informed. She offered intelligent strategic advice, she resolved snags quickly, and she was always kind and professional - even when others were not. Donna made things easy for me, but also made sure everything was timely and buttoned up. Her knowledge on strategy on how to secure the closing made life easier on me. Her communication was stellar and on the money. She worked well with every agent, inspector, tenant, and 3rd party. Her dedication and sharp professionalism never wavered. I have already recommended her to friends and family. She truly is great.
