Donna made a difficult situation so seamless! Not only did she list my current home, I was so impressed with her knowledge and input, she also became my buyers agent. Going through a divorce is not easy. Donna truly cares. She would call to check in on me and see how I was doing and always made time for my countless emails and calls. Donna took me through tons of homes until I found the ‘perfect one.’ If you need a realtor, stop your search as Donna is the woman you are looking for. I would give her 10 stars if I could.

I can’t say enough about Donna Sanford and her team. Selling a house in the midst of a divorce is never fun in the best of circumstances. But Donna and her team handled it like absolute pros. This included communicating things separately and making sure we were both on board with something the other had said. She also got us higher than expected on the selling price. It was truly a joy working with her and when I buy a house next year, I’m definitely going with her as my buyer’s agent.

Donna is the best realtor hands down. She works around the clock to make sure that she gets you to closing. Her knowledge of the market gave us a leg up on both the buying and selling end. In addition to being an expert on all thing real estate, she is an amazing person. Her and Dave make the process light, easy, and fun. I wouldn't look in any other direction for a realtor.
