She is incredibly knowledgeable, professional, returns frantic calls/texts at all hours, and is ‘very kind to boot’. I know this review is for Donna, but I need to mention David, as well. Not only did Donna sell my home, she and David helped me purchase my new 🏡. They were patient and showed me so, so many homes. David pointed out all of the things that I should know as a new homeowner. Things like the roof, the furnace, things that might need to be updated and even provided a rough idea of how much those improvements would cost. I would NEVER use another realtor, honest engine. When my listing received a slow and unresponsive audience Donna took her experience and expertise and went to work. More open houses, more photos with the seasons, room staging, listing details. My home’s architecture is not average and she focused on attracting that demographic. Highly professional service. Transactions were flawless. Donna made a difficult situation so seamless! Not only did she list my current home, I was so impressed with her knowledge and input, she also became my buyers agent.
