The experience that Donna brings to the home buying/selling experience is second to none - it is evident that her prior experience in the corporate world has translated into a one-of-a-kind experience for a home buyer. She and her team understand the importance of timely communication throughout the entire process. She and her team are also keenly aware of what it takes to see the purchase through to the end and will go to the lengths necessary to make that happen. If you are in need of an agent that will make your dreams of homeownership a reality, I couldn't recommend anyone better.

Working with Donna, David and team to sell our home was an exceptional experience. From our initial meeting to the closing, they demonstrated a level of professionalism and expertise that truly set them apart. Their deep knowledge of the real estate industry and the local market was evident in their excellent guidance, allowing us to make informed decisions every step of the way. What impressed us most was their commitment to ensuring a smooth and successful sale. They provided us with helpful referrals for quality and cost-effective contractors, which proved invaluable in preparing our home for listing. Donna and David were always dedicated, available, and incredibly responsive to our questions and concerns. They consistently represented our needs in all situations, advocating for us with integrity and diligence. Beyond their professional skills, Donna and David are genuinely kind individuals who care about their clients. We highly recommend Donna and team to anyone looking for an experienced, knowledgeable, and trustworthy realtor.

We had the best experience possible with Donna as our realtor. She was listened to our needs and found us the perfect sellers and house. We closer quickly and with the least stress imaginable. Donna and her team are well established in the Detroit metro real estate market which made finding the right people for inspections, roofing etc a breeze. She had excellent negotiating skills and will fight for your dream home. Highly recommend!

She listens, she's available, and she is honest in her dealings. I bought several houses from her for a reason!

We knew right away we were in expert hands with Donna’s team. Long before our house hit the market we received responsive, knowledgeable, personal service so we were prepared for the best possible outcome. Donna is experienced, strategic, and the hardest working agent you’ll find. And her network of support are the best in the business—a professional stager, top-notch contractors, and an outstanding photographer—all just a text away to meet any need or solve any challenge. When we hit the market we had multiple offers within 2 days. Then when the unthinkable happened and the buyer lost financing within days of closing, Donna picked us up and expertly guided us through a second quick sale and closing. Donna truly exceeded our expectations every step of the way.

Donna & Dave are very personal able people and really enjoy helping others in return this makes you feel comfortable. They are extremely knowledgeable and with you every step of the way!

Donna and her team were wonderful to work with as they provided a smooth transition from start to finish. Whether day or night, Donna was available for questions and ensured we were in good hands the entire time. We're thankful for her expertise and professionalism during the purchase of our first home. We look forward to working with Donna in the future.

Donna & her team leveraged their local and industry knowledge to build a specific and efficient plan that resulted in multiple offers within 5 days of the listing of our home. Her and her team actively assisted in prepping and staging the home. offers were way above recent square footage comps. Closing completed within 21 days of listing. A+ Service & Results!

We love Donna Sanford! She helped my mother and I to sell my mother's house in Davisburg. While the selling season often slows down in October, with Donna's guidance the process was so quick and painless. We had five offers in 48 hours and sold for $35k over listing price! In the past 13 years, Donna has helped my immediate family with five successful real estate transactions. We very much value her wisdom, expertise, patience, and she has such a positive attitude. More than that, she is a WONDERFUL human being! My mother (Ginnie) adds: I vote for Donna Sanford as the best realtor! She was amazing helping me with every step to sell my house in such a short amount of time. I had a lifetime of accumulations and she helped so much by telling me what furniture and things needed to go. She was exactly right in what was needed to be done to make my house look beautiful. Her ability to get a team of people ( with her husband David also) to haul furniture away, donate to people who wanted my furnishings, staging my house, having pictures taken of my house, and having an open house and showings on little notice was incredible. I had several great offers, and am thrilled that the new buyer is the perfect one for my neighborhood. Donna is very professional and explains every part of the selling process. I think that she deserves this award.

We were introduced to Donna during our move to Michigan in 2016. Since then, Donna has helped us with 2 purchases, 1 sale and 1 other transaction that fell through (to our benefit). She walks us through the process and advises us like a loving parent would. In our opinion, Donna's "let's make sure you get you the right house" vs "hurry up and close" attitude is what sets her apart. Donna is well connected and even after our out of state move, she continues to advise and provide recommendations as needed. While there's probably more than one Donna out there, we love working Donna because of her knowledge, experience and how she makes us feel like family.

Donna started right off with a booklet of everything I would need to know including comps. She helped me to enhance the possibility of sale with staging ideas. Donna stayed in contact with me through every step of the process. She is very approachable, nice, professional, thorough and a joy to work with. I would highly recommend her to anyone.

We have relocated from the west coast to Holly. Donna was helpful every step of the way and more! I truly don’t think we would have found our dream home if we didn’t find Donna. We don’t have the words to say thank you!!
