When my mother passed away in August, I contacted Donna to be the realtor for my mothers property in Lady Lake. With the family based in New England and my mother's property in Florida, selling her house was going to be a difficult step. Donna made everything simple, making sound advance on what to do to clean and present the home, as well as her may contacts to help with inspections, purchaser's agents, and the necessary documentation to sell a property. Donna recommended a fair selling price, and when placed on the market it had an offer within 5 days. Closing happened in earl December with no problems. I would recommend Donna very highly.
