We were looking to purchase a home in Florida while living hundreds of miles away in a different state. When we first met with Donna we didn't know where to start looking or what questions to even ask. Donna's vast knoweldge of the local area and expertise in the field made it very evident she was the right person for the job. Most of the time our meetings were over the phone or through zoom so we really had to rely on Donna's judgement when she was out scouting potential homes for us. Donna Calhoun has been the best. We have purchased numerous properties in multiple states and our experience with Donna has been the best. She was very caring and patient during our home buying experience when my wife and I came down with COVID 19 and we’re pretty much indisposed for over two weeks. She has represented us numerous times and been at our new home when we could not. We were forced to cancel our trip to Florida more than once to preview the property and had to rely on Donna and her honest inspection of our new home. It has been so great because she has been available every time we’ve needed her. She was at our new home as soon as we get to it following our flight this past Monday. She was so nice to give us a tour of the home, resort amenities, and help us with the HOA. She has graciously helped us with our internet service installation by taking time out of her busy schedule and waiting for over an hour for the installer to show up. She also helped us with finding someone to do a deep cleaning and get the place ready for us to move in. She has just been awesome, always offering to help us with anything we need.
