Our interaction with Dominic Irpino and the entire team at Irpino Real Estate was extremely smooth and successful from our first meeting to selling our home on the first day it was listed. Dominic toured our home and gave us recommendations for how to quickly and inexpensively prepare our home for listing. Once those steps were complete, the team sent out TWO photographers (including a drone photographer) to ensure that our home looked wonderful online. Dominic handled our open house completely, as we were out of town, and negotiated on our behalf with the THREE buyers who made us full price offers on day one! The whole experience was extremely successful, and absolutely carefree for two busy professionals who were inexperienced in the real estate market. Dominic and his team handled every interaction with our buyers, and even introduced us to a great lawyer and a senior mortgage banker at Chase who were each instrumental in our successful purchase of a new home. Dominic was amazing. As first time home buyers, we didn't know anything. He explained the whole searching and negotiating process in detail and the "little tricks of the trade" he'd learned that could help with negotiations. He showed us 7 houses and even went back to show us an 8th after I was having second thoughts. He even put up with my crazy antics :-P He kept in touch at all times, always asking how he could help, and was there for us the entire process, from finding a home to closing on that home. Would definitely recommend him to anyone buying a house!

Dominic and his team are absolutely amazing. He will do everything he can for you. He really cares about people and wants to make them happy, it's what he lives for, truly. Buying a home can be a stressful experience, I know, but he will guide you through the whole process. He will find you a home that you love and you will find a friend in him. I was not as informed it ready as I thought I'd be when I decided to buy, but he quickly guy me up to speed and was there from start to finish. Buying your first home can be overwhelming & daunting to say the least. However, that was NOT the case with Dominic Irpino from his knowledge of the specific area in which I wanted to buy to his knowledge and insights into lenders to even suggesting an attorney. Never for a moment did I doubt that Dominic had our best interests in mind throughout the entire process. It's obvious that he works because he sincerely enjoys real estate and helping people find their new homes rather than just because it's a job. He was open and transparent with us about pricing, offers, conditions of places, and likelihood of outcomes. As Dominic also works as a contractor, it was SUPER helpful to use him as a realtor because as we toured places, he was able to tell us what renovations were possible and how much they'd cost, if we were visiting places that we thought needed a bit of fixing up. He knows the area like the back of his hand and he was the best choice for us to find our condo in north Lakeview. We've worked with him previously on renovations on a condo in the Loop and he was professional, respectful, and shared his opinion when asked but let us do our own thing. Dominic was especially patient with us because my partner and I have very different tastes and preferences. He helped us compromise and find something that worked for both of us. I would recommend Dominic to anyone, am certain he got the best deal for us possible, and would trust him again next time I need a renovation or to find a new place to live.

There is no way that I have enough space here to say all the wonderful things about Dominic that I wish to express. He just helped my husband and I close on a BEAUTIFUL condo—our first home together! He negotiated a fantastic price and even convinced the owners to cancel their open house after we made our offer. Dominic was outstanding in preparing our home to sell. He took time to visit and provided ideas/suggestions to improve the value of our home. With his construction background, he helped educate us on what customers are looking for today. The highlights and features of what customers are searching for. For example, we changed our round bathroom sink for a square one... which looked amazing. The home definitely showed better and it made it look more contemporary. When the house was ready to list, he did an amazing job staging our home. He also worked with his photographer and took beautiful photographs. The brochure that he put together was nothing but perfection! His team was outstanding and followed through kept promises. He went over and beyond to make sure he captured every audience and maximized exposure/visibility through website, social media, referrals, emails and etc. Needless to say... when our listing was launched... our home was sold in 1 day.
