An added bonus is his understanding of the art of the possible with respect to remodeling and its associated costs, so you can really understand what you're paying for and the savings (or not) associated with any work you know you'll need to do to a place after you buy it. Dominic is just the best! Not only is he incredibly knowledgeable (not just in real estate, but construction as well), he is kind and a joy to be around. Buying our first home (and expecting a new baby), my husband and I were overwhelmed with the entire process. I worked with Dominic and his team to sell my 2 flat this past summer. Had a fantastic experience! Dominic's knowledge, experience and methodology for selling houses is like no other realtor I know. He took the time to walk through my property and recommended tasks for me to do the property to increase it's value. Everything he told me about the sales process and how he works came to fruition. We spent time reviewing other home sales in the area and appropriately priced my listing. We listed the property on a Thursday. My listing was number one for views on Zillow and other real estate media, mostly because of the quality of the listing, beautiful & professional photos of the exterior and interior. Professional copy writing to describe all the photos. We had a huge turn out for the open house the following Saturday and had an offer on Sunday evening. My oh my all the great things I could say about the Irpino Real Estate team! Dominic and team go above and beyond. I just purchased my first property and the transaction went smoothly from start to finish. There were only two properties I wanted to see from all of the MLS listings. One property was already under contract, and the other property was no longer allowing showings because they received multiple offers very quickly. Dominic negotiated our way in to see the second property even though they stopped showing it and we put an offer on the property immediately after seeing it. There was one offer higher than ours and through Dominic's negotiating, they accepted our offer instead. Throughout the entire process Dominic constantly called to check in, provided direction on any questions I had, his team went out of their way to pick up and drop off paperwork multiple times, and all of the Irpino team make you feel like family. Oh and a bonus- the Irpino office has a very nice selection of beverages (beer and wine included!) ;) Dominic has checked in many times after we closed on the property as well. Dominic is a genuine person with a lot of passion, dedication and a good sense of humor, you can't go wrong with working with the Irpino team!
