Dominic Irpino

We've been working with Dominic and his family for a of couple years now and have bought / sold multiple investment properties and most recently our primary residence. I am usually extremely critical of brokers and the underlying principal-agent-dilemma but Dom and his team are a different 'breed'. It's not a transactionally based relationship but he TRULY looks out for the best interest of his clients... never not once did we feel like he was just looking to close a deal but make sure it happens properly, always communicating proactively and sharing his honest opinion. I highly recommend Dominic's Family business and we will most certainly do work with him again.

Dominic and his team were so helpful in selling our Buena Park condo. Dominic helped us prepare our condo to be put on the market and prepared the listing description with amazing photos. Once the condo was on the market, Dominic worked hard to promote it so that it was under contract within 2 weeks. Dominic provided invaluable assistance to make sure that the contract closed. When I say Dominic is the best realtor I have ever met, I'm not exaggerating. I had a very difficult condo to sell. He made a plan, he stayed on top of it and executed his plan flawlessly. He is a pro and he really cares about his customers.

We have bought or sold 4 properties with Dominic and Irpino Realty (both in the city and suburbs). All transactions were handled professionally, with great relator insight and skill. One property was sold before it went on the MLS over what would have been list price to a contact his business had. On the buy end Dominic helped us evaluate each property's pluses and minus and the price relative to the market.
