I decided to list my unit because my tenant wanted a month to month lease and figured why not give this a try. I always heard wonderful and great things about Dominic but given our circumstances in this quarantine world, didn’t expect much. When someone has this type of reputation...Do not doubt them! Three days into listing, we’re under contract. Wow!! I couldn’t believe it ?? Even during these trying times, The Irpino Group lived up to their reputation. FaceTime walk throughs and all! Covid who what?! Dominic communicated every detail with me. He walked me thru every step of the way. The weekly calls kept me at ease and let me know I was still in good hands. This was my first time buying a home and Dominic made the process painless. He has great insight into the important things that you need to look for in going through the buying process. He really made me feel comfortable throughout the entire process and gave me the right tools I needed to buy my dream house!
