We recently retired and are from Ft. Lauderdale and decided that we wanted to move to the west coast of Florida to fish and live in a calmer area. The nature and the gulf are just fabulous. Val taught us the monetary positions. He was a great negotiator. After we found "our" place, they both took us step by step to complete the purchase. On closing day, there were some issues with the seller. Greg stepped up and took care of the issues within the crisis hour and took care of it impressively.
