We were looking for a new waterfront home in a market we knew little about. After stumbling upon one of Greg's videos online, and realizing he specialized in 'fishing homes' we reached out. He and Val were generous with their time, understanding of our needs, and honest in their evaluations of potential areas. Upon learning I wished to buy a boat and get into inshore fishing, he said he would absolutely take me to see the property by boat. A big plus. Greg was an incredible asset to have in our move from Phoenix to Florida.
