Hello to all that read this. To share my full experience with my recent sale it would be longer than necessary and maybe best to skim over the details. I went to Greg with a failed Real Estate sales contract experience; as he put it to words best as "hurt and bitter, feeling like a jilted 19 year old at the alter". Well that was true and Greg was accurate and gave me words of advice and I followed them and I am glad I did. His words were "you just gotta have a little faith". Greg has elevated himself to the status as both Real Estate Agent and Mental Health Therapist. Obviously he is trying to give positive advice to those that need it and we all know he is not a certified Therapist. It is a figure of speech...and I appreciated that. In the End I realized Greg looked at things in similar fashion to my way of thinking of this especially the sale of my home of nearly 23 years. That is a long time to spend in the place you raised your newborn infant kids into adults and not once did I have to hear any instructions from Greg such as "it is his way of doing sales, and is the only way to get it done" and you know that approach isn't what makes people happy. I was surprised Greg stayed so chill especially with my personality type sometimes gets out in front of me and can interfere in the messaging. But after following Greg's advice, we were able to sell our homestead of nearly 23 years and as I write this review I realize how much I will miss that home that my family and I shared together for so long...that is the hardest part to put behind us in these times of opportunity. I have been lucky to be able to talk to the buyers on many occasions both before and after the closing, and I have also walked into their new house to see my old house with what is now their HOME.
