I found Greg the usually way, with one of those weekly postcards that offer to sell your home. But Gregs card caught my eye and I kept it. When I decided to sell the home I called him. Things went so smoothly. You should also know I currently dont live in the Hudson area, but that did not cause any problem in the sale of the home. Greg has been a life long Floridian and is very familiar and knowledgeable of the area. We were coming from out of state and he has houses sent to me daily that were for sale. The market is crazy so if you didn’t jump on something immediately it was gone. Being out of state made this a challenge. Greg would go to places I was interested in and send me a video of the house.
