Dina has always be patient with us. We saw houses for almost 4 months every week and she always made sure we were comfortable with the offers that we submitted. Finally, we secured our perfect house, all thanks to the relentless efforts Dina!

In the beginning as a new home buyer I don’t think I had my expectations outlined. Dina did not give up on me nor get annoyed by me. She took me to a number of houses in a day from Canton to Livonia to Plymouth & Dearborn. She worked around my difficult work schedule which meant evening showings of houses, or a number in one day. Dina allowed me to look at the house before she told me anything which allowed me time to gather my thoughts. It was pleasant when as soon as I would say “I didn’t like it” she would say “I didn’t think you would”. After about two weeks of me being excited about every new house that hit the market, Dina and I had a sit down at a coffee shop. Dina asked me what it was that I was looking for in a home and what was most important to me. With all that in mind she proceeded to show me a home that was set to hit the market the next day, which was the same home I saw on Zillow that said “coming soon” the night prior but hadn’t told her about it. Dina set a time for me to see it and walked me through what I needed to do! We viewed at the last minute the next day and the seller was home but allowed it. Dina asked me my thoughts and I told her I loved it. She contacted the sellers realtor and had a deal worked out for me within a few hours. I even reneged when I opened Pandora’s box and saw some more homes. But she was patient, assisted me with those, and allowed me to process my thoughts. Now I am so happy to say that that house became my HOME!!! Dina fought for me to get the house even when a snafu with the seller came up. And somehow she saved me an extra $5000 in the process! She made sure that what I wanted became reality for my son and I. Dina was so pleasant to my son, my family and I. I told her I was sad not getting text from her everyday anymore. I am so happy to know a wonderful, intelligent, PATIENT and polite realtor that knows the business. I’ve gained a great friend in Dania!
