In the beginning as a new home buyer I don’t think I had my expectations outlined. Dina did not give up on me nor get annoyed by me. She took me to a number of houses in a day from Canton to Livonia to Plymouth & Dearborn. She worked around my difficult work schedule which meant evening showings of houses, or a number in one day. Dina allowed me to look at the house before she told me anything which allowed me time to gather my thoughts. It was pleasant when as soon as I would say “I didn’t like it” she would say “I didn’t think you would”. After about two weeks of me being excited about every new house that hit the market, Dina and I had a sit down at a coffee shop. With all that in mind she proceeded to show me a home that was set to hit the market the next day, which was the same home I saw on Zillow that said “coming soon” the night prior but hadn’t told her about it. I even reneged when I opened Pandora’s box and saw some more homes. But she was patient, assisted me with those, and allowed me to process my thoughts.
