My wife and I had the pleasure of working with Dianne on our first home purchase. Dianne was extremely attentive to our needs and extremely quick to respond to any and all questions we had. She went above and beyond to ensure everything was on track for us and everything went as smoothly as possible even with all of the wrenches thrown at us. We are now living in our beautiful new home. I cannot recommend Dianne enough.

I cannot express in words how many different hats Dianne wore while helping me sell my house. She assisted in marketing and selling my house---- a house that is older and had typical older house issues. She expertly helped me navigate through purchasing a new heating and air system, finding contractors for inside and outside repairs. Heck, she helped me find a new home for a baby grand piano that I couldn't take with me in my move. She went way well and above what I would have expected from even the best of real estate agents. Her depth of knowledge in all areas of real estate was truly beneficial to selling my house while educating me along the journey of selling my house. Selling a house can be a very intense and sometimes stressful process. Dianne made this so much easier for me. I cannot imagine hiring anyone else for the next time I buy or sell a house.
