Diane has sold and bought many properties for me over the years and she still amazes me with her ability to get the right price for me whether I am selling or buying while keeping it extremely simple on my end. Even when I ask her to find realtors in areas she does not cover she finds the best and continues to manage them to get the right result. If they happen to not be the right realtor for the job it is she that pushes to get someone else. Like I said before she gets me the best deal and keeps it simple and easy for me.
