Diane is absolutely awesome. We had been struggling to find a lot to build on for close to a year when she stepped in and got us the lot we wanted. And she even got it at a discount! She also has provided information about how to make our house that we plan to sell more marketable. She goes out of her way to make sure that she is taking care of everything that needs to be done. In our case this involved her driving to Bloomington to work with us and our builder the builder on floor plans. I can't say enough awesome things about her. We feel very, very lucky to have her as our realtor.

We were referred to Diane Dawson by two friends who had contracted with her and were very happy with the sale process of their homes. Diane took her own photos, giving meticulous attention to interesting details, and posted far more pix than the industry standard, including our personal images of the landscaping in different seasons. She researched the home's historically interesting details. She made suggestions to show our home in it's best light. On a cold, rainy day in January we had 10 showings, got 7 offers, and sold the home the next day at a price well above what we expected. Our house was not the easiest to close. There were so many issues that came up! However, Diane as a realtor was really able to turn our home-selling situation around. Firstly, she was extremely responsive. She answered our questions very quickly and always worked hard to get responses for us. She also took beautiful photos of our home and put in a lot of effort to show off the house and provided a great description of the property. We had an issue with our appraisal and Diane worked tirelessly to have this appraisal amount changed. It must have been hours of work for her. We also had an issue on the day of the closing, when we were expected to move, and she was able to help the buyers' realtor with a solution so that the buyer could move in that day! Diane is fantastic at what she does, and we are extremely happy that she was on our side during our difficult process.
