Our house was not the easiest to close. There were so many issues that came up! However, Diane as a realtor was really able to turn our home-selling situation around. Firstly, she was extremely responsive. She answered our questions very quickly and always worked hard to get responses for us. She also took beautiful photos of our home and put in a lot of effort to show off the house and provided a great description of the property. We had an issue with our appraisal and Diane worked tirelessly to have this appraisal amount changed. It must have been hours of work for her. We also had an issue on the day of the closing, when we were expected to move, and she was able to help the buyers' realtor with a solution so that the buyer could move in that day! Diane is fantastic at what she does, and we are extremely happy that she was on our side during our difficult process.
