When we found the perfect home for us, Diane helped us fashion an offer that really helped us get the home we wanted, first try! We next got our old home ready to put on the market. While it was a solid home in a great neighborhood, we'd lived in it for 30 years and raised our kids there; it needed a bit of TLC.
