The lady that helped sell my house was accommodating, kept me informed, she felt sorry for the people living there that caused a lot of damage but she sold my house.
Diane was amazing. We got way more for our home than we expected. She guided us through the process and was a great promoter. She took lots and lots of pictures and strategically put our listing on. It was listed at 4 am and sold at 8am. I was so happy. Could have never got a better agent .
Diane is very pleasant and upbeat. I was the buyer and It was a rather quick presale, cash transaction. However once the offer was accepted, I felt I was no longer a priority. She had difficulty getting to the walk through , wanted to reschedule. and did not come to the closing.
Diane was awesome. She made our home look wonderful in her promotional materials. She was extremely knowledgeable and communicated promptly when we had questions or issues. She especially went to bat for us when we had some unexpected flooding one week before our closing date, and our sale still went through without much of a hitch at all.
