Trying to find a home that makes leaving “our dream” home seemed impossible. But Diane did it AGAIN! We have used Diane for a few of our real estate needs and she has always come through, when things don’t seem to be going in the direction we had hoped for. This home we just purchased was one of those situations. We had a contract on our home we were selling, and we finally found a home we could see ourselves living in. But there was a contract on this home already, but with Diane’s knowledge of how real estate works and ways we could be the next buyer in line if this deal falls through allowed us to stay calm. Diane made the deal work and was even able to get both the selling and buying of our homes on the same day, same attorney office with no hiccups or issues. Smooth transition.
