Diane is a wonderful person to work with. She listens to your needs/wants for your dream home. She found ours very quickly and she made the whole experience wonderful. If you have any questions, she is quick to respond. You won’t be disappointed by choosing her to take care of finding your dream home.
Diane and her partner Randal took copious notes when we described the home that we were looking for. They exhibited patience, insight and knowledge while showing us a plethora of potential possibilities. The entire purchasing process was streamlined because of their extensive experience. I'd give them more stars if I could.
Our recent home purchase was the first time we worked with Diane and Randal, but it will not be our last! We would highly recommend them to all of our friends and family! Diane and Randal were professional, knowledgeable, organized, and most importantly great people to spend time with. The tour they set up on our first visit to the area was an informative fun-filled day! The day was planned according to our initial search criteria but they quickly adjusted the search for us based on our feedback at each home. They were also extremely flexible in accommodating our last-minute requests due to out-of-state travel. We purchased a home in Prescott Valley on our second visit yet we continue to subscribe to their entertaining “wine down” episodes with up-to-date information on the market and area! Diane and Randal start as your realtors and quickly become your friends! So glad we found them! (And did I mention the pickles?!💚)
Our recent home sale was the 3rd time we worked with Diane a d Randal. They are excellent communicators and were prompt to respond to our texts, gave us timely updates throughout the process and we always felt they had our best interests in mind. They utilized their wealth of knowledge to insure our house was priced fairly allowing for a quick sale at full asking price.
Working with Diane Breaux has been an absolute pleasure. She is always professional and very knowledgeable about the market and what is happening at any moment. She is very responsive and quick to answer any question and will take care of any situation that comes up! I would recommend Diane to anyone and look forward to doing business with her again one day!
Our experience with Diane while selling our home could not have been more positive. Her knowledge of the real estate business coupled with her desire to promote our home as well as Prescott Lakes made for an all around terrific situation.
Dianne fights for her clients in every detail of the transaction. If something goes awry, you can count on her to get things back on track in no time.
We couldn’t be more pleased with the way Diane and Randall helped us find, then purchase our home. Diane was able to zero in on the type of home and the area we were looking for immediately. She was very knowledgeable about different locations in the Prescott area. They made whole experience most enjoyable.
Diane took me every where in Prescott , Prescott Valley & Chino Vally because I was unsure where I wanted to live . I have Diane ideas of what I was looking for in a house and she found me exactly what I wanted . Diane keep in contact through everything and answered all my questions I had . Diane was so nice made me feel comfortable talking to her everyday she took me out house hunting . Have her professional opinion and was very knowledgeable every properly she took me to look at .
Diane and her staff are the most knowledgeable and professional on the Prescott area and the overall market during these times. Her and Randal's communications was and continues to be outstanding. They have bent over backwards to ensure the sale and smooth transition into our home. They have exceeded our expectations in this transition and continue to stay in contact even after the sale!
Diane and Randal worked relentlessly getting my home sold in a downward market after interest rates started climbing this year. I’d had no success with another agent and needed results as I was relocating to another state. Diane and Randal’s advice on pricing my home competitively and their marketing strategies gave me the results I needed. She assisted with furniture I wanted to sell and any other help I needed from out of state. The entire process was seamless from my perspective, but I know there are a lot of moving parts behind the scenes. Diane is always positive, upbeat and very personable, she takes your calls day or night and works tirelessly for her clients! Be sure and ask her for some pickles, they’re delicious and addicting!
Diane & Randal are so kind and friendly. After absorbing all things Prescott from their website, we contacted them to show us some houses when we were only first exploring Prescott as a potential spot to re-locate from northern California. They showed us several houses in a variety of locations that fit our criteria. There was absolutely no pressure from them. Best thing, they had snacks available so no one got tired or "hangry" while touring the homes. When we decided to take the plunge and move to Prescott Lakes, they videotaped a couple of homes for us to view remotely while we were back in Sacramento. Diane & Randall communicate well with each other and with us. They were able to answer our questions and both knew the status of our inquiries. We finally purchased a home. Diane was spot-on in helping us decide our offering price. Even after the close of escrow, they continued to help us make the transition to Prescott. I highly recommend Diane Breaux when you are considering a move to the Prescott area.
