Diane wasn't the first agent we worked with in our more than a year attempt to move back to Prescott but if it wasn't for her patience, tenacity and knowledge of the area and Prescott market our move never would have happened. Diane and Randal never gave up on us even after over 4 months of searching, making offers on 5 different houses writing up at least 7 different contracts and dealing with my tantrums when I wanted to give up trying. Through the whole process I felt Diane and Randal were looking out for our best interest when negotiating the offers and their guidance didn't stop after we closed escrow. Diane is an extremely helpful and goes out of her way and without any pressure to show us homes in the Prescott area. We came to visit Prescott to see if that is a place we wanted to move to. She came to our hotel lobby, had a binder and was completely prepared to show us different homes in different areas knowing that we might not want to even move to Prescott. There was no pressure and she showed us several homes each time we visited Prescott and continued to send us via e-mails new homes that came up for sale in our price range.
